Interviews with local candidates in the Nov. 5 General Election are available on the websites of KSMU Ozarks Public Radio and the Springfield News-Leader. These brief conversations are the work of The Informed Voter Coalition, led by the League of Women Voters of Southwest Missouri.

Candidate interviews include these races:

  • State Senate District 29
  • State Representative Districts 129-140
  • Greene and Christian County Commissioners
  • United States Representative District 7

Besides the League of Women Voters, the coalition includes Ozarks Technical Community College Social Sciences Department, Leadership Springfield, Springfield-Greene County Library District, L.E.
