Missouri League leader responds to Secretary of State’s voting proposal

Marilyn McLeod, president of the League of Women Voters of Missouri, responded to Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft’s proposal to raise voter turnout by making more elections partisan in a story that aired Sept. 2o on Kansas City’s National Public Radio affiliate, KCUR.
