Which school board candidates will you vote for? If you missed the audio broadcast on Monday, March 21st on KSMU 91.1, you can click on the video link below to watch individual interviews with the five candidates vying for the Springfield Board of Education. Voters will select two candidates from a slate of five. Election Day is Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
Candidates are Brandi VanAntwerp, Charles Taylor, Steve Makoski, Chad Courtney and Kelly Byrne.
The interviews were produced by a nonpartisan coalition of community organizations that share the goals of educating voters and engaging candidates with citizens.The coalition produced similar forums in 2020 and 2021.
