Why join the League of Women Voters?
The League of Women Voters is where hands-on work by passionate members leads to stronger communities and neighborhoods in Southwest Missouri.
As a League member, you’ll add your voice to over 100,000 League members and supporters across the country in making democracy work. When you join the Southwest Missouri League, you’ll also become a member of LWV United States and LWV Missouri.
A grassroots organization, the League has a long, respected history with its beginnings in the suffragist movement. Today, individuals like you are actively engaged in creating positive change where they live. They are part of an organization also active on the national and state levels in a wide variety of public policy initiatives.
Become a member and serve as a leader in your community, and work to shape the important issues that keep our democracy strong.
Join the League of Women Voters of Southwest Missouri
Membership in the League of Women Voters of Southwest Missouri includes membership in the LWV United States and LWV Missouri. Anyone 16 years or older may join the League of Women Voters.
